You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chanelthree.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Customized Products
All sales of customized or personalized products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized products unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If your customized product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chanelthree.com with photos for a replacement or refund.

Scented Candles Exception
For hygiene and safety reasons, scented candles are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns of opened, used, or partially used candles cannot be accepted.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange for replacement or refund.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@chanelthree.com if items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, first return the original item according to this policy. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


Refund Processing
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
